Ingredients and spices for cooking beef chili sausage:

  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage or combination, without pack
  3. 2 medium onion pieces
  4. 3 Celery Stick Chop
  5. 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
  6. 1/2 chopped carrot
  7. 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  8. Chop 1 green pepper
  9. 1 (15 oz) fried tomatoes can ignite, drain
  10. 1 jar (28 ounces) tomato puree, drain the liquid
  11. 1/2 cup ketchup
  12. 4 tablespoons chili powder
  13. 1/4 cup dried white wine
  14. 2 tablespoons cream
  15. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  16. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt to taste
  17. 1 teaspoon or more of spicy sauce like Franco

  19. 1/4 cup grated fresh novel cheese
  20. 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Instructions for making sausage, beef and pepper

  1. In a large skillet, fry the beef and sausage and place in a 2-4 liter saucepan.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables, fry the meat in a pan, and the meat is cooked for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the wine with the tomato liquid, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, and add to the multicooker with the meat.
  4. In a slow cooker add all the ingredients except Roman cheese and parsley, cover and cook for 8 hours.
  5. Drain and remove excess fat. Add the cheese, parsley and my heart
  6. Serve on a plate, garnished with chopped cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and chopped jalapenos. Bread is also great for dipping
