Recipe of Award-winning Mike's Pork Chili Verde Burritos

Hello everyone, have a nice day. Today I'm going to show you how to cook a special dish, a simple way to cook Mike's green peppers and chili burritos every night of the week. This is one of my favourites. This time I will make it a little unique. There will be beautiful smells and sights.

Mike's Pork Chili Verde Buritos Ingredients and Seasonings and Spices:
- For meat
- 5 pounds pork shoulder [1" x1"] cube
- For the pork marinade
- Cumin 4 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried green peppers
- 1 tablespoon fresh black pepper
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion in crushed powder
- 1 Mexican Legger ticket [+ message]
- 2 tablespoons sea salt [or to taste]
- Bag lock for 1 gallon
- For fresh and canned vegetables
- 1 (28 oz) canned tomatoes [chopped by hand]
- 6 LG potatoes [Cuban 1"x1"]
- 2 LG lamps [shredded]
- 1 bunch cilantro [chopped + gravy]
- 2 LG celery stalks [cut with leaves]
- 1 green bell pepper [seeds - chopped]
- 2 jars (10 ounces) ROTELL
- 2 LG Jalapeno [seedless - chopped]
- 1 pound bucket highlight green peppers [or fresh]
- For liquid
- 1 (32 ounces) beef stock
- Mexican Cuban bear legger [Tecante]
- For that party
- Just warm pancakes made with flour will suffice
- 3 Mexican cheeses
- Sour cream taste
- If necessary, grate the cabbage
- Just chopped salad is enough

- Finely chopped onions
- Cut the lime as needed
- Green sauce alone is enough
Steps to make Mike Verde Buritos Pepper Pork
- The roasted pork shoulder is 5 kg.

- The pork shoulder is cut to 1" x 1".

- One of the best Mexican beers accompanied by the pork featured above.

- In a large zippered bag, add the pork cubes and all the marinated fillings and massage well. Leave in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

- Cut the potatoes into 1" x 1" pieces. Fill with cold water until the pork is ready to fry.

- Chop the onions and pour cold water until it's time to fry the pork.

- Cut all the vegetable pieces together.

- Add the marinated pork, a little oil and 1/4 cup flour to the skillet. Fry pork until brown. About 5 minutes.

- Add 2 bottles of beer and let the pork simmer for 1 hour. If necessary, add more beer. Stir regularly.

- Add the onion and extracted vegetable mixture to the pot. Add 2 cups of sauce and cook for another 25 minutes. Stir regularly.

- Add the potatoes [and more stock or beer if necessary] and cook until the potatoes are soft but still completely full. About 15 minutes.

- In a saucepan add the green chilies while boiling the potatoes.

- Or peel, deseed and chop fresh peppers for incubation and add to the pan.

- Instead of using dip and frozen peppers, I prefer to buy my own fresh peppers. I cleaned and washed it in a hot tub, then dried it gently and kept all the liquid. I will use this juice instead of beef juice.

- The photo shows dried green chili juice. A rich and delicious soup is being prepared!

- Fresh coriander in the photo.

- 5 minutes before serving, add the fresh cilantro. Mix well. I'll be adding more cumin and green chili powder in the last 5 minutes for taste. Make sure to remove all the liquid from this dish. You often want it! ; 0)

- Serve with fresh, warm tortillas made of flour, freshly chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, chopped lettuce, cabbage, lime, cheese, and sour cream.

- Or go old school and serve this dish only on hot tortillas. Either way, enjoy some truly spicy New Mexico!
